Your major assignment this term is to Adopt a Species of Animal, Plant, or Decomposer. The first step of this project is to research different species so you can pick one to focus on for your project. It must be something that is native to this part of New England, especiallyy something we might find or see evidence of on our nature walks, so choose wisely! Ms. McKim will walk you through the resources we have in the library to select a species, so pay close attention. You must turn in your selection of species on the first class after Long Weekend! The final project is not due until the end of May.
